Politics
Is a term is general applied to the art or science of running governmental or state affairs, including behavior within civil governments, but also applies to institutions, fields, and special interest groups such as the corporate, academic, and religious segments of society. It consists of "social relations involving authority or power and to the methods and tactics used to formulate and apply policy.
Modern political discourse focuses on democracy and the relationship between people and politics. It is thought of as the way we "choose government officials and make decisions about public policy".
In South Africa we always come accoss Political issues in school,Universities,work place and even in a simple mere shop.
For example in a shop you will find that you get there and the magazine you would like o purchase is not available on stoke because the shop owner does not agree with the publications ethics.
so politices are everywhere an can never be ignored.

Personal Differences
I have noticed that people have different personalities but yet they need to work in one working environment and make things work out for them in order to meet the same achievements or goals.
You will find Office politics,conflicts,miss judgement and interpretation in the work place and the individuals will find it hard to be able to communicate properly in the working environments. But now what does one do to prevent this from happening to you argue with the individual you might have a problem with or do you just quit that one Job that you passionate about and you give the anything to have it.

Techniques for managing conflictsI have developed a process called the 5 A's technique of managing conflicts are they are as follows:
• Assessment.
• Acknowledgement.
• Attitude.
• Action.
• Analysis.
Assessment
The assessment phase is the investigative stage when dealing with conflict situations. In the assessment phase you need to investigate and gather all information related to the conflict. These will include the following:
• What is the conflict?
• Who is responsible for the conflict?
• Is there a history of conflicts with this person / department?
Acknowledgement
Once you have conducted a thorough assessment you need to acknowledge the conflict. If a conflict exists between a manager and an employee, the manager must inform the employee of the conflict at hand and advise them of the procedure for resolution of the conflict.
At this point the manager must begin the formal conflict management resolution protocols which include the following:
• Arrange a meeting between themselves and the employee.
• Inform the employee of the time, date and venue for the meeting both verbally and in writing by means of an email request for a meeting.
• Inform the employee that they may appoint a facilitator to act on their behalf during the meeting. This would only occur if there were hostile interactions between the employee and their manager.
• Send the employee an agenda for the meeting.
• Human resources labour representative should be present at the meeting
If for example there was a conflict between two departments, the same would apply as above however you would nominate an independent facilitator to chair the meeting to ensure that it does not get hijacked or detoured.

Attitude
Both parties must participate in the process with the right attitude. Going into a conflict management situation with a negative approach has a strong possibility of failing. The attitude must be one of wanting to resolve the issue at hand and clear a way forward so that both parties can continue working together.
Action
During the resolution period of resolving a conflict a fair number of action points will be recorded which must be completed in an acceptable timeframe. Taking action and giving feedback are the two critical key success factors. If you do not take the necessary action the conflict situation will resurface on a higher scale.
An example of this might be where a manager and employee have a conflict between them. The facilitator advises that they should conduct a one on one session weekly to build on their relationship. The action point is to conduct the one on one. Failing to do so will result in a conflict situation. Both the manager and employee will have the opportunity to give one another feedback.
Analysis
Once the conflict situation has been resolved, it should be analysed to determine what caused the conflict situation to begin with and what measures can be put in place to stop this type of situation from reoccurring. The problem in most conflict situations today is that no post conflict management analysis takes place.
These are jst a few of the things you might try and they will help you resolve you problem in the work place to avoid conflict.

Story lines.
Well with all the different movie production that we have in our countries namely the difference between America and African movies.I must say that our African movies have more means of educating us with our lives and giving us a more positive perspective.They show us how to deal with our daily lives and our general living,they simply teach us how to live life and treasure every single moment we have with it because we might never know what will happen tomorrow.Movies from A merica are more of fantasy and action heroes,we basically watch them for the sake of fun and spending time with loved ones.We should always know that reading trough the lines of what a cetain movie says is a good thing because we need to know what that movie tells us about,so story lines can mean nothing to what we expect and anticipate.

Difference.
With all the different movies around the world, with all the different Directors,Producers, Artists,Script Wright.... Movies will always boil up to Technology for the movie to look of good Quality.
Movies from America is of high class quality not mentioning 
the theoretical part of the movie making but talking more about the technologically perspective of things because most Gadgets are created and manufactured in America their Movie Production is of top class. I say top class as in the lighting, sound, line spacing is of top quality because of the quality of the Equipments and Technology they use.

Change!
With my last two bloges they were about fashion and the trend's they bring to the outside world. So I've been thinking people have more than enough fashion bloggers around the world so know my idea is to change this whole fashion thing in to any popular world interest for Students.
OK now let me see...MOVIES!!
What do people think about movies??? Well i know that as students we take Movies as an extra hobby that helps as relax. Well now i have realised that movies can also influence us in our daily life's i mean how we live it and how we perceive our life's as individuals.
I'm sure Public Relations Practitioners of a Production company do look at how a certain movie that will be broad casted under their organisation will influence the public. As the public opinion is very important to them.
So as we all love to watch movies and even life by what they teach as we should be careful on what the Director of the movie was trying to teach us i mean there intentions.
In other Words movies are and can be a driving force of a persons life so students be aware of what you watch yes it may be interesting and entertaining but also harmful to you personal emotions.
